![]() Sidled down to stand right behind the effigy, got the quest notification, then took right back off down the road-the guards aggroed on me but never even caught up to hit me once. Veered off the road to the right, toward the plateau the ruins are on, passed behind a tree, and moseyed my way on up behind the Wickerman where the guards obviously couldn't see me. I mounted up, ran all the way up through Silverpine Forest, then just stayed on the road until I could see the statue in the distance. This quest gave my druid (at 41) 12650 exp.Ĭomment by AnsawaEasily done at level 55. I basically ran right on top of the statue and managed to get the quest completed as I died. My level 41 druid tried to stealth up to it though, by creeping along the wall, and was nearly at the statue when one of the abominations noticed. Your best bet is to zip up to the statue and die on top of it, so that you will at least have completed the quest. You will not be able to stealth successfully past them if you are 40 or lower. Tirisfal -> The last dot on top of Undercity in this map shows the location of the statue. Here are maps that I've dotted to show the path to take: Just follow the path towards Undercity, and you will see a gigantic burning scarecrow statue thing (56, 69) with 2 giant elite abominations on either side of it. Of course, don't go directly up/ into the city. Once in the lake, head north and you will reach Undercity very quickly. They're murlocs and treants staying on the islands, mostly keeping to the water should not bring any mobs to bother you. The mobs in Dalaran are level 31 or so, and the mobs in this lake are level 18 or thereabouts, which should give you no trouble. Comment by AisenfaireEasiest route, especially if you're too low for the Plaguelands, is to go north to Alterac Mountains (from Southshore), then west to Dalaran, and further west into the huge lake/ small sea with islands dotting it.
